Overview
Coalition Technologies is currently looking for a committed Front End Developer to become part of our remote workforce. This opportunity includes an attractive profit-sharing arrangement with an initial base salary between $17 and $35 per hour. It is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
Requirements
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6 and above).
- Experience with front-end frameworks or libraries such as React, Vue, or AngularJS.
- Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
- Comprehensive understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and debugging techniques.
- Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Twitter's Bootstrap.
- Experience leveraging AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or OpenAI.
- Strong abilities in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organized approach to work.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to thrive in a diverse and multicultural setting.
- Passion for contributing to a startup environment.
- A dependable home office setup with a fast computer, microphone, speakers, and stable internet or power supply.
- Preferred: Competence in PHP, MySQL, and AJAX; experience with WordPress, BigCommerce, Magento, and Shopify.

Compensation Note: For candidates based in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay ranges from $17 to $35 per hour. Compensation may differ based on experience, qualifications, skills test results, geographic location, and seniority. Outside these states, compensation may be outside the specified ranges.
