Coalition Technologies is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will create engaging visual assets for digital marketing, advertising, and branding initiatives. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and an exceptional profit-sharing bonus plan, distributing up to 50% of company profits to full-time employees on a monthly basis.

Requirements

You Should Have:

• Complete proficiency in video and photo editing software.
• A strong enthusiasm for design, branding, marketing, and online content creation.
• A basic familiarity with major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• An impressive portfolio demonstrating experience with ad banners, marketing emails, social media posts, and logos.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• The ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in presenting materials to clients in a professional manner.
• The availability to work 40 hours per week, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
• A dependable workstation equipped with a fast computer, microphone, speakers, and reliable internet and power connection.
