Frontend Developer

Overview

Coalition Technologies is searching for a committed Frontend Developer to join our entirely remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting intricate designs into pixel-perfect, responsive websites utilizing contemporary technologies. The position includes an attractive profit-sharing bonus plan, which distributes up to 50% of company profits to full-time employees on a monthly basis, along with a thorough benefits package. The starting base salary ranges from $17 to $35 per hour, contingent on location and experience.

Requirements

You Should Have:

• Proficiency with modern JavaScript ES6+.
• Experience with any Frontend Frameworks or Libraries, such as React, Vue, or AngularJS.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
• A solid grasp of cross-browser compatibility and debugging using Chrome DevTools.
• Familiarity with media queries and CSS frameworks like Twitter's Bootstrap.
• Experience using AI tools, for example, GitHub Copilot or OpenAI, to aid development.
• Strong communication, collaboration abilities, and a proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
• A dependable workstation equipped with a fast computer, microphone, speakers, and a stable internet connection and power supply.
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and AJAX is preferred.
• Experience with WordPress, BigCommerce, Magento, and Shopify is preferred.

Compensation may differ based on experience, qualifications, skills test outcomes, geographic location, and seniority. Outside these states, compensation may be outside the listed ranges.
