Newsletter Production Operator

Remote | Part-Time to Begin | $25 per Hour

Overview

Letter Operators assists busy founders and business owners in maintaining communication with their audiences through polished newsletters and contemporary email platforms. We are seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented operator to manage and enhance newsletter production for our clients. This is not solely a proofreading position. The role begins on a part-time basis (10-20 hours per week) at $25 per hour and is anticipated to expand rapidly into a full-time role (40+ hours per week).

Requirements

This position demands exceptional writing and editing capabilities. You must be adept at identifying awkward phrasing, tightening text, enhancing clarity, preserving tone, and converting rough drafts into polished, client-ready newsletters.

• Highly attentive to details and well-organized
• An outstanding writer and editor with strong judgment
• Comfortable with quickly mastering new tools
• Tech-savvy and capable of independently solving problems
• Dependable when working asynchronously without constant supervision
• Interested in AI workflows, email marketing, newsletters, and digital operations

Role Responsibilities

• Creating, reviewing, editing, and refining newsletter drafts
• Migrating and formatting content within Beehiiv
• Conducting quality assurance, testing, scheduling, and launch support
• Assisting with client onboarding and minimal client communication
• Performing light operational research and problem-solving
• Providing basic marketing support, LinkedIn content repurposing, website or email updates, and simple design cleanup within newsletters
