Email Marketing Assistant Needed (ActiveCampaign + Social Media)

I am seeking assistance for a short-term project related to my online music school, the Frame Drum Academy.

Overview

This is a temporary position with the possibility of ongoing remote work if the arrangement proves suitable. Tasks include editing emails, scheduling social media content, and light community management for the Frame Drum Academy.

Requirements

• Possess strong writing and grammar skills.
• Be detail-oriented (able to identify broken links, formatting errors, etc.).
• Have basic experience using ActiveCampaign for email marketing and formatting.
• Be tech-savvy and comfortable working on a Mac.
• Be reliable, focused, and easy to communicate with.
• Must have your own computer.

Role Responsibilities

• Editing and formatting emails in ActiveCampaign.
• Checking grammar, links, and overall flow.
• Scheduling social media posts.
• Light engagement (responding to comments on Facebook and Instagram).

Position Details

• Start date: Week of May 4.
• Location: In-person (my home in Santa Barbara).
• Hours: Approximately 8 hours per week for 2 weeks (additional hours may be added, which can be performed from home).
