Service Summary

I provide customized guitar lessons designed to help you play the music you love, going beyond simple drills and music theory. My aim is to guide you toward true musical creativity and self-directed growth, whether you are just starting out or an experienced guitarist.

Qualifications and Background

• More than 20 years of teaching guitar.
• Trained in guitar at a European music conservatory.
• Completed the GIT program at the Musician's Institute in Hollywood.
• Extensive professional experience performing on different instruments, both live and in recording studios.
• Has taught at various music schools across the United States and Europe, as well as through private instruction.

Services Provided

• Tailored guitar lessons for both acoustic and electric guitars.
• Emphasis on technique, chord and note reading, music theory, ear training, soloing and improvisation, and rhythm.
• Teaching across a broad variety of styles: rock, pop, metal, blues, funk and soul, country and folk, and jazz (with introductory classical and Latin options also offered).
• Advice on choosing instruments and equipment, amplifier care, guitar setups, and recording methods.

Lesson Structure and Fees

Sessions take place at my fully equipped home studio in the Mount Washington neighborhood of Northeast Los Angeles, where free and safe street parking is readily available. In certain situations, I can travel to your home for an additional fee, or conduct lessons online through Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime.

Lesson packages typically start at approximately $85 per hour.
