Services Offered
- Basic Wash: Involves washing with marine-specific soap from the top down and from bow to stern, followed by complete drying. We also clean the interior helm area, wipe windows and isinglass, and remove dirt from canvas surfaces.
- Detailed Washing: A thorough pre-detailing clean that removes scuff marks, mold, and rust stains; cleans vinyl and canvas; clears interior compartments and hatches; washes and dries the boat; and polishes stainless steel.
- Oxidation Removal: A precise three-step process using cutting compound, polishing compound, and wax, customized to the condition of your gel coat.
- Detailing/Waxing: Includes a pre-wash, removal of scuff, rust, and mold marks, cleaning of canvas and vinyl, gutter cleaning, gel coat conditioning, a final wash, and stainless steel polishing. Aluminum polishing is available on request.
Monthly Service and Communication
We offer flexible monthly or bi-weekly wash packages adapted to your boat's usage and storage location. All monthly wash customers receive an email the weekend before their service to confirm the washing day, removing any guesswork. Clear communication is essential for coordinating with your boat's availability.
Pricing
Pricing depends on the vessel's size, its location, and any extras such as Bimini tops or type of isinglass. A visit to the boat is necessary to provide an accurate estimate, ensuring our technicians have the proper supplies and time. Initial cleaning for boats that have not been washed recently may incur a higher cost.
Credentials and Service Notes
- CBC is insured and holds the required permits to operate in both Ventura/Channel Islands and Santa Barbara Harbors.
- Please ensure all windows, doors, and hatches are closed before service begins.
