Stall Amenities

• Generous piped stalls measuring 24 feet by 24 feet and 20 feet by 24 feet.
• Each stall comes with a feeder, waterer, and space for tack storage.
• Most stalls are equipped with their own water hose.
• All stalls feature roof cover for shade.
• More than 150 pepper trees offer additional shade for stalls and communal areas.

Facility Features

• A lighted arena measuring 75 feet by 150 feet, with a surface of rubber pellet and arena sand mix, bordered by baseboards.
• A 50-foot round pen is available for use.
• Three wash racks are on site.
• General night lighting throughout the property.
• Onsite parking is provided.
• Separate restrooms for women and men.

Care and Feeding

• Ranch staff feed grass hay or alfalfa twice a day.
• Stalls are cleaned six days per week.
