Service Description
This engagement is a full-time partnership between author and ghostwriter. You provide the essential elements of your story through notes, journals, diaries, or recordings. I then develop all necessary narrative components—including character, conflict, plot, and resolution—into a polished manuscript formatted for submission to publishers. I manage the entire process, including drafting the required query letter and proposal for the literary agency, at no additional charge.
Pricing and Process
My fee is a fixed rate of $1800 per month (non-negotiable) for the length of the project.
- A $1800 retainer is required upon signing the Ghostwriter-Author Agreement.
- Subsequent monthly payments of $1800 are due on the same date each consecutive month until the manuscript is completed.
- A standard 250-page manuscript requires a minimum of 4 months for writing, editing, and formatting.
- You retain full ownership and all royalty rights to the manuscript. I do not claim any royalties or a share of ownership.
Note: For reference, industry ghostwriting fees for a 250-page manuscript typically range from $30,000 to $60,000.
